Skills coaches train and work under supervision. This is an entry level role that provides an opportunity for team members to learn more about the services IMAG delivers and begin to find their niche., develop both their preferences and work style.
ONSITE COORDINATOR
LIMITED RELATED EXPERIENCE / PRE-CESP STANDING
Onsite coordinators have some related work experience and gain valuable knowledge, broaden their skill set through in person work with those IMAG serves. Onsite Coordinators spend much of their time in fieldwork and case management. Workgroup participation is available and encouraged which allows OC's to connect with their colleagues and develop professional connections.

Onsite Coordinators have the option to select an area of focus to concentrate or specialize in. Their time is split between their focus area and managing their caseload.
Program liaison
AN EXAMPLE IS: workplace success, lifestyle enrichment, community engagement or create your own!
Program Liaisons have achieved or are working toward a professional credential and manage other team member's work as a lead or interns within their area of focus. They manage both a caseload and interns. Their efforts are project-focused and deadline driven.
PROGRAM MANAGER
AN EXAMPLE IS: JOB COACHING, ILST CISS, or create your own!
Program managers oversee a specific aspect of IMAG and train team members that deliver those related services to IMAG’s clients. They are responsible for working within a pre-established budget and oversee the operations of the programming. In addition they ensure and measure quality and satisfaction of the programming delivered.
Peer Support Coach
community engagement, workplace sucess and career preparation & support are all optional focuses.
Peer Support Coaches attend IMAG Meet and Greets, Community Engagement Outings and once trained; hold goal-specific 1:1 sessions with our clients. Peer Coaches have the option to be included in the out of town team and join in house workgroups that best align with their interests.
